In their short existence, the band has been featured on over a dozen nationally distributed compilations in both the U.S. and Canada. Their first EP release entitled "In the Silence We Fight" (Vindicated Records) has drawn positive attention from many critics in the hardcore and punk scene. "Straight out honest opinion: I love this album and the type of hardcore they play. It's a brutal mix of Melodic singing with Metallic hardcore and traces of punk," says indievisionmusic.com's main editor . They have also had feature articles in HM Magazine and Performer Magazine. Their main goal is to motivate people's lives and keep on playing music that they love. The band philosophy has always been, "If we can get people into our "politics" because they like our music that's great. And if we can get people into our music because they like our "politics" that's great too."

Musically
A 6 track ep that is worth the small $6 charge. When the first notes of the album hit I was afraid I had picked up an emo album but that quickly changes once the guitars start squealing and the drums hit.  The first song still has a screamo vibe to it. "My Eurydice" throws in a brief mosh metal intro with a melodic overtone between choruses.  "Early Morning Prayer" starts off instantly with insane crashing guitars and driving bass lines that will awake anyone in the morning. A very solid ep and I would be very interested in hearing more from these guys.

Lyrically/Vocally
Amazing and very passionate Christian lyrics. These guys are very clear about their purpose and do not hide that within the tracks.  Songs dealing with the return of Christ, to prayer to our Father to being a true believer, all can relate with Beauty to Ashes. Awesome growling vocals with some melodic backing are  a great touch to a solid ep.
